The central campus of the Islamic Vocational Academy is in Jalalabad, in eastern Afghanistan.Three departments of the Islamic Academy are based here: the Islamic Outreach Department, the Journalism and Mass Communication Department and the Department of Business Studies. The fourth department of the Islamic Vocational Academy - the Unani Tibbiya College or Traditional Herbal Medicine Department - is based in Kabul.
